Tasting notes
- Robe: pale gold with silvery reflections.
- Nose: expressive, ripe citrus, white flowers, a mineral touch revealing the limestone terroir of the Sambre.
- Palate: ample and balanced, with a fresh and taut finish — signature of our northern climate.

Conservation
Peak and cellaring: up to 5 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C), away from light, lying bottle.
The terroir
Cultivated in Flawinne (Namur, Belgium), on limestone soil facing due south — conditions akin to those of Champagne. Manual harvest, considered vinification, limited and local production.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. Consume in moderation. Sale prohibited to minors under 18.
